ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Don Drew is an educator, innovator, and lifelong explorer of human potential who combines growth psychology with the energizing power of gaming—empowering people to rewrite their story, overcome their personal challenges, and activate the strongest version of themselves.

Don's educational background includes studies in Psychology, Human Relations, Educational Learning, Drama, and Communication at York University, the University of Toronto’s OISE program, Lakeridge University, and through transformational trainings such as Landmark Education, Tribes Learning Communities, and Dale Carnegie Communications & Leadership.

Over the years, Don became fascinated by why games make us engaged, motivated, and driven to improve — and why life so often does the opposite. That curiosity led him to develop a unique approach to gamifying personal growth — blending behavioral psychology with game mechanics to make transformation feel natural, exciting, and sustainable.

His debut book, "Living in Game Mode – Activate Your Final Form By Gaming Life", invites readers to design their inner Avatar — the upgraded identity already capable of more — and to approach real life as an unfolding adventure.

In this system:

• Every challenge becomes a boss battle - freed from pressure, inspiring fun and confidence.

• Every habit becomes a level-up.

• Every day becomes an opportunity to gain XP (experience points) and evolve.

You don’t just learn change. You play it. PRESS START.

Unlock the version of you that’s been waiting this whole time — your Final Form.
